Amy Living (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect on amyliving.vn, why we collect it, and how it is stored and used.

Information we collect

  • Contact / inquiry form: the name, phone number, email address, message, product of interest, and any 3D/2D drawing file you choose to attach when you send us an inquiry.
  • Anonymous usage data: the pages you view and the referring page, tied to a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser (not your identity), plus aggregate, anonymised analytics from Vercel Analytics.
  • Wishlist: the products you save to your wishlist are stored only in your own browser (local storage) — we never receive or store this list on our servers.

How we use this information

Inquiry details are used solely to respond to your request, advise on products and materials, and follow up on orders. Usage data helps us understand which pages are useful and improve the site; it is not used to identify individual visitors or for advertising.

Storage and security

Inquiry data is stored in our database (Supabase) behind access controls that restrict reads to Amy Living staff only. Any attached drawing file is kept in a private storage bucket and is never publicly listable.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share inquiry data with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate the site (e.g. our hosting and database providers), who process it only on our behalf.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us at any time — in line with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection — by contacting us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our site or practices change. The current version always applies to information collected going forward.
