Amy Living (“we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect on amyliving.vn, why we collect it, and how it is stored and used.

Information we collect

• Contact / inquiry form: the name, phone number, email address, message, product of interest, and any 3D/2D drawing file you choose to attach when you send us an inquiry.
• Website usage data: pages you viewed, where you came from, device type, and advertising campaign identifiers if you arrived from an ad.If you submit our contact form, these identifiers are stored alongside your contact details, so we know which channel brought you to Amy Living. If you do not submit the form, usage data is not linked to your identity.
• Vercel Analytics: aggregate traffic statistics recorded by our website infrastructure provider, not linked to your identity.
• Wishlist: the products you save to your wishlist are stored only in your own browser (local storage) — we never receive or store this list on our servers.

How we use this information

We use the information you provide to contact you, prepare quotations, and follow up on your enquiry.

Website usage data — pages viewed, where you came from, device type — is used to improve our content and measure how our advertising channels perform, so we know which channels genuinely bring us customers.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Storage and security

Inquiry data is stored in our database (Supabase) behind access controls that restrict reads to Amy Living staff only. Any attached drawing file is kept in a private storage bucket and is never publicly listable.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your information. We share data in two cases only:

• Service providers needed to run this website and handle your enquiry — data hosting and email delivery.
• Advertising platforms (Google, Meta) for measuring advertising performance. If you came to us from an ad, the phone number and email you provide may be sent to these platforms in a one-way encrypted (hashed) form. They use it only to match which ad brought you here — they cannot read the original information and do not use it to contact you.

You can ask us to stop sharing or to delete your data at any time at contact@amyliving.vn.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us at any time — in line with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection — by contacting us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our site or practices change. The current version always applies to information collected going forward.
